Your questionnaire is your work product. The editor's program comes from sjq.legal, but importing, editing and building the PDF all happen on your computer. Saving drafts here is optional: with an early-access code, each draft is encrypted with a passphrase only you know, so we can't read it, and it's deleted 30 days after your last save.
Importing works with Word (.docx) and PDF files. Using WordPerfect or an older Word .doc? Save it as a PDF or .docx first. Scanned pages without text can't be read; start from our standard questions instead.
Scan the completed questionnaires. They're encrypted on your computer, with a key only you hold, before anything is sent.
Check marks, 1-to-7 scales and circled names are read by our own software, with no AI. Written answers are read from ordinary scans. An AI re-read of hard-to-read answers happens only with your explicit consent, and it's off by default.

There's no processing server to break into. Processing runs in sealed, short-lived cloud functions. There's no processing server anyone can log into, including Timbre Solutions.

The question bank draws on real plaintiff questionnaires. Processing is the same for everyone who receives the completed forms: plaintiff, defense, criminal and family-law practices. When both sides of a case use it, each gets its own independent report on the same panel.
Every case is destroyed 7 days after it's created, or 24 hours after you download the report, whichever comes first, or sooner if you choose. Destruction is a cryptographic erase, as described in NIST SP 800-88, and each one produces a signed Certificate of Destruction you can file and anyone can check. Want a DoD-style wipe? Turn it on, and every stored file is overwritten before it's deleted. There's no juror-data warehouse, because there's deliberately nothing to warehouse.
Protected-class information is recorded where courts require it, but it's never used in any analysis, flag or recommendation. The software enforces that rule, not a policy document.
Building, importing and downloading questionnaires is free. You pay only for processing: when the completed questionnaires come back and the clock is running.
